WHAT IS A BADGEPIX?

BadgePix is a removable photo decal designed to fit on the back of a law-enforcement badge. It lets an officer carry a meaningful photo with them as a personal reminder to GET HOME SAFE.

HOW MUCH IS A BADGEPIX?

An individual BadgePix is $15 plus applicable sales tax.  They can only be purchased one at a time.

DO I NEED TO UPLOAD A PHOTO?

Yes, for an individual BadgePix. Choose a clear, well-lit photo where the people (or pet) you want included are easy to see. You will be able to preview and approve the image before checkout.

CAN I BUY A BADGEPIX AS A GIFT?

Yes. You can purchase a BadgePix Gift Certificate without having the recipient’s photo.

For an officer you know, enter their name, your name and email, and an optional gift message. After checkout, print or save the certificate and give it to the officer yourself. To give through an agency, specify the law enforcement agency. We’ll mail the certificate to its Chief, Sheriff, or agency head to give to an officer of their choice. We’ll email you when it has been mailed. You may choose to include your name and email with the certificate so the receiving officer can thank you if they wish. Sharing is optional, and no response is required. The officer redeems the certificate, submits their photo and mailing information, and receives their personalized BadgePix with free standard U.S. shipping.

DO YOU EMAIL THE GIFT CERTIFICATE RECIPIENT?

We do not email the gift certificate directly to the recipient. For an officer you know, you receive the certificate after checkout and give it to them yourself—printed or sent electronically. For an agency you choose, we mail the certificate to its Chief, Sheriff, or agency head to distribute. We email you when it has been mailed. After the officer redeems the certificate, order-related emails go to the email address they provide during redemption.

HOW DOES THE GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION WORK?

Each Gift Certificate contains a unique, single-use redemption code. The recipient visits the BadgePix redemption page, enters the code, uploads their photo, provides their mailing address and email, and approves their preview. We mail the completed BadgePix to the address they provide. Shipping is free to the recipient.

DO GIFT CERTIFICATES EXPIRE?

No. BadgePix Gift Certificates do not expire. Each code can be successfully redeemed only once. An unfinished redemption may be resumed.

CAN A POLICE DEPARTMENT OR ORGANIZATION BUY IN BULK?

Yes. Agency Gift Certificates are $10 each with a minimum order of 25. The agency receives one downloadable PDF containing one printable Gift Certificate per officer, each with its own unique redemption code. The agency distributes the certificates to officers of its choice.

DO AGENCIES HAVE TO PROVIDE OFFICER NAMES OR ADDRESSES?

No. Officers provide their own photo and mailing information when they redeem their individual Gift Certificates.

IS SHIPPING FREE, AND WHEN WILL MY BADGEPIX ARRIVE?

Yes. Standard U.S. shipping is free. Your physical BadgePix will arrive in 5–7 business days after purchase or completed gift redemption. For gifts, that delivery window begins when the recipient finishes redeeming their certificate, including submitting their photo and mailing information—not when the certificate is purchased. Postal-service disruptions, weather, holidays, or incorrect mailing information may affect delivery.
